The Humbleyard Practice
Hours: 24hrs a week
Days of the week:
Tuesday 8:30-17:30 (Hethersett), Wednesday 9:30-13:30 (Cringleford), Thursday 13:30-17:30 (Cringleford), Friday (8:30-17:30) Hethersett
Location : Hethersett Surgery (NR9 3AB) and Cringleford Surgery (NR4 6TA)
Starting salary: £1525-£1665 per hour (dependant on experience)
(WTE equivalent £29,400 - £32,100)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to join our practice team. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic about working with patients to improve their health outcomes. They should be a team player but able to take initiative to make clinical decisions in keeping with their role. The successful applicant will work as part of a team of nurses, supported by the GP’s, working at both the Cringleford and Hethersett sites.
The post holder will be expected to perform a range of general practice nursing duties, including immunisations, smears, sexual health, dressings, ear syringing and other general practice nursing duties.
Ideally the successful candidate will have an interest in chronic disease management and be able to perform annual checks for the patients.
Ideally the successful candidate would have prior experience working in primary care, however, expereinced nurses from other fields with transferrable skills will be considered.
The remuneration package is flexible, and will be commensurate with the skills shown by the successful candidate, and includes the ongoing opportunity for additional training and development.
The practice uses SysmOne clinical system.
