An exciting opportunity has arisen within our friendly and forward thinking General Practice Surgery to join our Nursing team. We are a 5 Partner, 3 site GMS practice located in Buckinghamshire with a growing patient list size of 11,600 patients.
We are looking for an exceptional nurse who is committed to maintaining a high standard of patient care, and is continually open to professional and personal development within a GP Practice.
You will be responsible for a range of areas including, chronic disease management, immunisations and health promotion.
This post is open to both experienced practice nurses and nurses who wish to embark on a new career in practice nursing. Training and development will be provided for the right candidate should you not immediately match the criteria as detailed within the job description.
