Practice Nurse (Band 6)
25 hours per week, salary dependant on experience
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to work collaboratively with the clinical and non-clinical teams across both of our practices to meet the needs of our patients.
The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work at both surgeries and within the community, as home visits will be a part of this role.
We offer a comprehensive range of services to 10,000 patients across both sites. Alongside providing patients with a high standard of nursing care and undertaking clinical nursing procedures, part of this role will be to deliver chronic disease management clinics autonomously.
You must hold First Level Registration, have a broad clinical experience, be able to work independently, have excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to the delivery of care. Previous practice nurse experience is desirable.
