21 hours a week over 3/4 days

We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse Prescriber to join our enthusiastic and friendly team.

Working alongside our 3 GP’s and 1 Practice Nurse, duties will include trreatment of minor illnesses along with an ability do some general practice nursing work such as immunisations, smears and chronic disease management.

It is essential the candidate has worked in primary care, and in addition to the pre-requisite clinical qualifications for this particular role also possess an independant prescribing qualification. You should also be able to demonstrate high standards of clinical care, sound decision making and excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience of using EMIS Web would be preferred.

Salary dependant on experience and qualifications.
