Preceptorship - Registered Nurse (RMN) - Adults PICU - Mental Health Hospital - Widnes, Merseyside - Salary:Start £22,000 after completion of preceptor £25,000 + Additional Enhancement

I am looking for Newly Qualified RMN to join what will be an exceptional team of nurses on a brand new PICU ward at an established hospital in Widnes, Merseyside. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse that is looking for their first professional nursing job to complete a preceptorship. My client is an extremely supportive group that will provide you with extensive training. They will help you to progress your professional career through your preceptorship and beyond.


•£1,000 loyalty bonus every 12 months for 3 years

This service is locked facility and provides care for men and women with complex mental health requirements. The hospital has been split into two distinct areas prior to the new PICU ward;

•A locked male Autism Service for the challenging and complex needs of adults with Autism and Aspergers syndrome
•A locked assessment and rehabilitation for women with complex mental health needs and personality difficulties

The ideal candidate for Preceptor Registered Nurse (RMN) role will:

•Have a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
•Have a current registration with the NMC or be awaiting their PIN
•Have the legal right to work in the UK
•Be awaiting their pin
