Job Description

Are you a dynamic and ambitious Mental Health Nurse looking for your next challenge? Do you want to join an established team and an organisation that truly lives its values?

Cygnet Hospital Woking provides low secure services for male and female patients and a specialist psychiatric care service for adolescents. Close to the main site we also have a male locked rehab service. The hospital is located just half an hour from London, is close to the M3 motorway networks and is supported by a vast public transport network.

We are looking for enthusiastic preceptor RMNs to work on our male locked rehabilitation service. We need motivated RMNs who have experience or would like to learn about helping patients transition back into the community. The hospital provides a strong training and development programme to provide newly qualified nurses with the support they need to successfully complete their preceptorship.

Our service user treatment programme focuses on strengths and abilities, achieving realistic goals, enabling empowerment, enhancing social skills, preventing relapse and ensuring an effective pathway to community living.

This is a full time role, working 385 hours per week on a 24 hour, 7 day a week rota.
