EXS044 - Prescribing Pharmacist Ref: ESX044
Salary: £3000 per hour
Location: South Essex
Hours of Work: (Hours are subject to change to meet the needs of the business but will not be less than this)
Sunday 1000 – 1800
Job Purpose: We are looking for enthusiastic Pharmacists to take part in an exciting new role assessing and advising patients and supporting other clinical staff working in the IC24 111/Out-of-Hours Services. This requires generalist pharmaceutical knowledge and a capacity to develop specialist skills as a telephone advice clinician providing care to patients across all age groups.
If you are an independent prescriber it is anticipated that a significant element of the role will be to advise around repeat prescription requests and where appropriate and a safe prescribe.
We are looking for a pool of pharmacists to work on a rotational basis across weekends and bank holidays
