Band 8a Private Patient Matron
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to the post of Matron to cover our Gynaecology department, Assisted Conception Unit and Private Maternity Unit. Working flexibly the post holder will ensure that they provide a gold standard, patient focused service at all times
We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work with a complex range of clients in an innovative private patient setting.
The post holder will be an experienced nurse and/or midwife with a passion for excellent patient experience and the drive to support the planned growth in our private patient areas.
