Professional Advice Line Call Handlers Ref: ACCC035
Salary: £7.68 per hour - £9.98per hour(depending on time of the day and day of the week worked)
Location: Ashford Care Co-ordination Centre
Hours of Work: 12 hours per week
Take telephone calls from other Healthcare services and patients where appropriate in a professional and courteous manner. Record all essential information accurately. Ensure all calls are correctly passed into the correct service. Work with Healthcare services to ensure calls have been received where appropriate. Work closely with the Dispatch Controllers to ensure that all faxes and information have been diligently relayed where necessary.
