An opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Quality and Audit Midwife to join the midwifery team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust (Wexham Site)
The Quality and Audit Midwife will work closely with the Maternity Risk & Governance and patient Safety Midwife in evaluating aspects of patient care through audit and monitoring progress against identified action plans.
The role will involve monitoring and evaluating compliance against national and local guidelines and standards as well as assisting in the updating of current guidelines.

The successful candidate would need to be able to demonstrate a confirmed interest in audit and have experience of the complete audit cycle. They must possess, good IT skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of wider team.

If you are a registered midwife with at least 2 years post registration experience and you have in depth knowledge of audit and quality then this could be the opportunity you are looking for to develop yourself further.

Successful applicants will be required to attend a corporate induction starting on the 1st day of employment with us. There are 2 courses per month and you must be prepared to start with us on one of these pre-set dates in the month. The induction course is up to 4 full days of training (subject to role) and will be run on weekdays only.
