We are now inviting applications for the position of Quality Improvement Lead. This is a part-time position (up to 30 hours per week) and is based at the Horton NHS Treatment Centre in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Matron, the successful candidate will provide support to the Matron in relation to meeting clinical governance requirements, training needs analysis and co-ordination, quality improvements associated with patient feedback and external stakeholders.
Quality Improvement will be the key element to the role across all departments and working within the multi-disciplinary team. Previous experience of audits and governance management is an advantage.
As this is a clinical role, there is also an expectation that the candidate will participate in the provision of care directly to patients for a number of hours per week/month.

As an integral member of the hospital management team, you will be a positive individual, capable of leading those around you by example and in line with company policy. You will have a keen ability to develop and maintain a network of professional contacts across a multitude of agencies, as well as demonstrating exceptional customer service in all areas of your work.
