Receptionist/Administrator - Bank

Job Description

We have a vacancy within our Patient Administration Reception team for someone with experience of working as part of a team in a busy customer service driven environment to join our Bank team in providing excellent customer service to our patients, consultants and the rest of the hospital team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook and have an enthusiastic approach to a multi-skill culture.   This role provides a great opportunity to train and work within a number of departments which support the patient admin pathway through the hospital. 

The hospital operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and cover across a 7 day rota will be required, flexible with the needs of the business.  Some shifts may start early (6:30am) or finish late (10:00pm).
