To provide a complete front-of-house reception service to Patients, Consultants, Guests and Visitors and in doing so, project a professional and caring image.
To provide a full administrative function in support of the Administration Department.
To provide a bookings and administration service for Reception by liaising with Patients, Medical Secretaries and General Practitioners.
To be responsible for collating and communicating all necessary information with regard to outpatient and clinic bookings on SAP as appropriate under the general direction of the Business Development and Operations Officer.
To develop a rapport with Consultant users and Medical Secretaries so as to project a professional and caring image and market the Hospital accordingly.
