Recruitment Consultant

Kent Social Care Professionals Ltd

Job Description

SCP Recruitment would be very interested in hearing from Edinburgh-based candidates with a background in recruitment and/or sales to join a high performing team focusing on professional services recruitment.

We supply a wide range of clients, from small local businesses to some large national care providers. You will help nurture these client relationships, effectively delivering on their recruitment requirements and continually developing new areas to recruit within.

We have active vacancies that you will inherit from day one, therefore there is a real possibility of billing in your first month.

We do not 'ring fence' our clients, allowing our Consultants the opportunity to undertake 360 degree recruitment. We also do not restrict you on the vacancy salary levels you can deal with.

You will be fully supported in developing existing and new opportunities and provided with bespoke training to grow unique skills, helping you differentiate SCP Recruitment and yourself from the competition.

The successful candidate will be afforded a market leading bonus structure and outstanding career development as well as an unparalleled variety of vacancies and clients to work in partnership with.

Company Information -

SCP Recruitment started in 2006 with an ethos of providing high quality recruitment and care solutions. Starting in Maidstone, our good reputation quickly enabled us to open offices in Bexley, Surrey and Aberdeen, providing high quality temporary and permanent staff to the NHS, Local Authorities and the charity sector.

In 2015, SCP Recruitment was purchased by the City and County Healthcare Group, one of the country's largest providers of Domiciliary and Complex Care Services, with over 70 branches. With the benefit of group resources and locations, SCP Recruitment is set for rapid expansion, with 2 new offices opening by the end of 2016 and further plans for 2017.

We pride ourselves in creating a supportive, fun and open working environment that provides individuals with regular training, autonomy and the platform to develop highly successful and rewarding careers.

Experience & Qualifications -

The successful candidate will have spent approximately 1 year working within a recruitment and/or sales company, ideally you will have knowledge of the Healthcare sector.

Most importantly -

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, enjoys dealing with people, has a good sense of humour, and can work towards targets. You will be able to adapt to changing requirements and effectively prioritise your daily tasks, and be naturally suited to sales. As well as this you will possess excellent communication, organising and team working skills, be open and honest, and have the desire to build a successful career in recruitment.
