£16,000 - 20,000 - uncapped commission


Permanent & full time

Servoca Nursing and Care supply to a variety of clients including nursing homes and private hospitals. Our reputation for quality and reliable staffing solutions has enabled us to build long-term, knowledge based relationships with our clients and staff alike.

As our branch grows, we are now seeking a temp controller to join our team in Chester for the provision of general nurses and healthcare assistants to nursing homes and private hospitals. You will be trained in all aspects of running client accounts, staff & client relations, service and planning, to help you maximise business opportunities and promote the range of services offered by the company.

Working within a busy and successful branch you will be involved in generating and filling bookings for existing clients, developing those relationships and recruitment. The successful candidate will have the ability to combine professionalism and friendliness to meet the needs of clients and workers and deliver a quality service to both, whilst consistently meeting targets.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:


  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both in person and over the telephone;
  2. Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, workers and colleagues;
  3. A "can do" attitude, the ability to think "outside of the box" and to solve puzzles to maximise opportunities;
  4. Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload;
  5. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Advantageous but not essential:

  1. Previous recruitment experience with strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practice recruitment processes involved in supplying temporary staff;
  2. Proven success in achieving targets;
  3. Experience in working with a busy temp desk;
  4. Demonstrable understanding and appreciation of compliance and legislative requirements in Nursing and Healthcare recruitment.
