Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Prestigious Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home - Beltinge, Kent - £15.10 per hour plus benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work for a company which provides prestigious high end service, and 24-hour residential and nursing care. My client welcomes individuals and couples alike, and the prestigious high end service offers 24-hour residential and nursing care with a choice of 78 sizable studios or one or two bedroom apartments, each suite has its own en-suite bathroom and kitchen area.

My client is looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN), who has previous experience working in a clinical care setting and who has a passion for caring for the elderly. This is a full time position, with excellent benefits including:

The role of the Registered General Nurse (RGN) is:

•Deliver the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
•Develop, review and update care plans
•Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
•Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
•Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are read, understood are adhered to by all staff.
•Provide clinical leadership & supervision for the staff nurses healthcare staff
•Participate in the induction and training of all new nurses on the unit
•Supervise and monitor standards of nursing care and take appropriate action to improve standards when required
•Ensure all clinical documentation is well maintained and filed in the appropriate places

The successful Registered General Nurse (RGN) will have:

•Experience in a similar setting (Hospital or Nursing Home)
•A general nursing qualification (RGN)
•Current registration with the NMC
•The legal right to work in the UK
