A Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) is required to join the clinical team at an elderly care nursing home in West Yorkshire. You will work closely with residents and their relatives to ensure the delivery of outstanding care in a lively and inspiring environment. There are three roles across two West Yorkshire locations and are best suited to nurses who are able to lead a care team to deliver high quality tailored care. You will produce bespoke care plans in consultation with relatives and colleagues, and you will ensure all residents feel valued and treated as an individual. As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for medication and its correct distribution and safe storage.
