Job Title- Registered General Nurse
Location- Ipswich, Suffolk
Hourly rate: £negotiable p/h - plus £1000 Joining Bonus and NMC Pin Renewal

We are looking for RGN’s and RMN’s to join our progressive team at our Britten Court. Why Join Us? Care UK offers a comprehensive clinical training program for our nursing teams encompassing many topics such as Dementia, Tissue Viability and Infection Control.

You will be a qualified and experienced nurse (RGN / RMN) who has a proven track record

Key responsibilities:

You will provide leadership within the clinical team and be a nurse that leads by example and acts as a champion for resident’s safety and dignity.

To maintain skills and knowledge and be a champion for ensuring the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines

Be a supportive mentor to the wider team in regards to up skilling non clinical staff and supporting new members of the team.

Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used

Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice Skills and experiences RGN or RMN is essential along with evidence of PREP (Post-registration Education & Practice).

Skills and experience:

Experience of working with older people is required as are excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to plan, allocate and delegate work appropriately Remuneration In return Care UK offers an excellent remuneration package and the opportunity to develop and progress within your career.
