Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum excellent benefits package

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and skilled Home Manager to join a very reputable nursing home based on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. This beautiful nursing home is situated in pleasant surroundings in between Horsham and Petworth. The home provides specialist care for the elderly and residents with dementia and provides a warm and friendly environment for their residents.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall smooth operational running of the home. You will be required to lead the staff within the home to provide quality care, carry out assessments, ensure budgets are kept, recruit and retain staff, and develop the multi-disciplinary team to ensure patients' health and wellbeing are of utmost importance.

Person Specification - We are looking for a qualified Nurse for this position (either RGN or RNLD qualified) - you must have a valid NMC registration as well as a relevant managerial qualification. You must have proven managerial experience as well as experience within a similar client group to this service. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, knowledgeable and passionate, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
