Registered Home Manager

Job Description

A highly professional and dedicated Registered Home Manager is required to oversee the day to day operational management of a modern, state of the art care home for older adults who require nursing, residential and dementia care and support.

We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to work in a Beautiful, 40 Bedded Nursing Home in the Norfolk area. As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for running the home and overseeing all staff members. As part of the leadership team you will be responsible for ensuring the whole facility operates effectively and of course ensuring we deliver the very best quality care.

As the manager of this stunning home which is currently rated "Good" by CQC, you will take the lead role in the operational running of the service. You will work closely within a multi-disciplinary team to manage, evaluate and assess the day to day running of the home.

You will have a passion for the delivery of high quality care and support and be committed to maintaining a good to outstanding CQC rating. You will lead on care and support planning, liaising with external agencies and be responsible for managing budgets and finances.

As a passionate, motivated, care focused Registered Home Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background managing medium to large residential and/or nursing services for older of adults. You will have great communication and leadership skills and inspire your staff team to develop and maintain great relationships with residents, relatives and volunteers.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Registered Home Manager
  • Elderly and/or palliative care specialist
  • A passion and interest in developing services and problem solving
  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Previous experience of managing in a complex organisation
