A small Learning Disability care home in Rotherham currently requires a Manager to lead and develop the service.
This is a fully CQC compliant service that cares for younger adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing service users with all the support required to lead an independent and varied lifestyle.
Applicants for this Registered Home Manager position should meet the following criteria:
- Qualified and registered with the NMC as an Adult/General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- From a strong background in disability care, with experience working with this client group in a managerial position
- A strong manager, demonstrating confidence providing clinical leadership and line management to a care and nursing team
- Good knowledge and understanding of quality standards and CQC requirements
As Registered Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the clinical and operational management of the home, ensuring the excellent standards of care are maintained and identifying and acting upon any areas where improvements can be made.
You will lead and support the care and nursing teams in the home and will act as an approachable, proactive manager to staff and services users.
This is a full time position with a 40 hour working week and as Registered Home Manager you will receive a competitive salary of £37,087 per annum.
