They are looking for a Registered Manager to lead one of their residential services in Northampton. The home supports only a few people to ensure person-centred care and time is available for 1-1 support at all times. However, the home consists of a spacious kitchen, communal area and lounge. Each resident will also have their own private rooms with en-suite.
Your role will be to lead and deliver the specialist care and support required, supervising an established staff team and delivering exceptional service. You will have the best interest of the clients at the heart of your work, promoting positivity and encouraging empowerment skills across your workforce to continue ongoing strategies in place to improve communication, emotion, behaviours and overall, the quality of life they can lead.
You will have a broad experience of empowering people with learning disabilities and / or on the autism spectrum to lead as independent, fulfilled life as possible.

You will have excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative. You will pose high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service. You will hold the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
