Search Consultancy is looking to recruit a Registered Mental Health Nurse on behalf of a medium sized nursing home between Ashton under Lyne and Manchester City Centre.

The Home is currently undergoing changes to ensure it is fully compliant with CQC and is looking for motivated staff to improve their reputation in the area. They are dedicated to providing high care standards and to keep strong local links in the area to benefits carers and residents.

The Home provides personal and nursing care for men with challenging behaviours, dementia and other dementia related conditions, specialising in care for people needing support with complex needs. We are looking for an experienced RMN with excellent interpersonal skills who can handle challenges.

This is a full time, permanent position and days or night shifts are available depending on you preference.
On night shifts, you have the option to work 4 nights per week and up to 48 hours a week. That involves 4 long night shifts per week working hours 8pm until 8am.
The day position is up to 48 hours per week, 3 or 4 shifts, 8am until 8pm and breaks are paid on day shifts.
The hourly rate is at a completive £15.50 per hour.
Annual salaries are £20,000 - £39,000 depending on your contracted hours.

Registered Nurses must have:

- A professional nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse
- A valid NMC pin number
- Experience in a nursing home with elderly, dementia and challenging behaviour residents.
