Rhodes Farm, our 24 bedded eating disorder unit will be moving to a new 36 bedded site – Mymwood – at the end of March 2016.

Please note that if your employment commences prior to completion of the move to Mymwood, you will be based at Rhodes Farm, The Ridgeway, Mill Hill, London, NW7 1RH.

Our Registered Mental Nurse / Registered Nurse Learning Difficulties / Registered General Nurse role involves:

  • Providing clinical support and care to service users with complex and enduring mental health needs, by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating their nursing care plans to ensure that they are fully supported using person-centred care approaches

To be successful as a Registered Mental Nurse / Registered Nurse Learning Difficulties / Registered General Nurse, you’ll need:


  • NMC Registered RMN/RNLD/RGN
  • Evidence of personal and professional development

Skills and Experience

  • An understanding of care planning processes and experience of writing care plans
  • Experience of working with service users with various mental health needs
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for residents
