Job Description

Partnerships in Care 1 Ltd is one of the UK’s leading providers of independent specialist secure and step-down services for people with mental illness, personality disorders, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and brain injuries.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse you will be expected to provide clinical support and care to service users with complex and enduring mental health needs, by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating their nursing care plans to ensure that they are fully supported using person-centred care approaches.

To be successful as a Registered Mental Nurse, you’ll need:

Skills & Experience

  • An understanding of care planning processes and experience of writing care plans
  • Experience of working with service users with various mental health needs
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for residents


  • NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Evidence of personal and professional development
  • Full UK driving license preferred
