The role - you'll be a nurse seeking a role where the patients come first rather than the paperwork. At Fremington Manor you'll be able to provide continuing care to our residents with a variety of clinical needs - and feel like you're making a difference. You will be RGN or RMN qualified with a current NMC PIN. Ideally you will bring prior experience of working with older people but we will also consider nurses without this experience but with an interest in this area. We will also consider and support newly qualified nurses who want to continue their career in this setting.You must be highly conscientious in your approach to work and able to work independently and lead a shift, including supervising care assistants. On duty you will take the lead on delivering clinical care to resident with a range of nursing needs and liaising with external clinical professionals including GP's and hospital doctors.Exceptional rewards and professional support:
