Delivering Mental Health Recovery…..At Home

Gray Healthcare has developed a dynamic new approach to supporting and managing individuals with mental disorder in their own homes, including those presenting with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

We offer highly individualised and tailored care packages for service users who no longer need the physical security of an inpatient facility but do require support caring for themselves in the community, thus reducing the likelihood of relapse.

The comprehensive clinical package includes nursing, psychological support and occupational therapy within a framework of bespoke risk management strategies.

The service provides rehabilitation and recovery in the individuals chosen home destination, thus eliminating the stress of moving and re-moving.

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified RMN who can demonstrate experience of working with adult mental health problems in both inpatient and community services settings.

Your ability to manage risk in a crisis situation should be second to none.

You should possess a sound working knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards

As a senior member of the team you will be expected to lead by example, mentor a team of Support workers and create an engaged and motivated team.

You will work closely with members of the multidisciplinary team and other care providers to ensure bespoke care pathways are implemented and followed to the highest professional standards.

Excellent communication skills are an essential requirement of this post.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.

We are looking for people with the right core values and attitude towards ensuring our Service Users have excellent opportunities and choice to enable them to enjoy a more independent lifestyle. You must be reliable and highly committed.
