An exciting new opportunity has arisen working within a brand new, purpose built nursing home with state of the art facilities, a lovely supportive working atmosphere and free parking on site. Specialising in high dependency needs, including dementia and functional mental health, this prestigious nursing home in Cardiff is searching for a high calibre nurse to join the great team in place.
This large, successful nursing home is looking for a friendly, dedicated and highly skilled person to join the fit in with the fun and vibrant atmosphere within the facility. While it is not always important to have the experience behind you, we are looking for those with a desire to improve and up-skill. The size of the home is a huge benefit - as the units are of a small, manageable size, there is room for progression and to learn skills in several areas of Mental health and physical nursing.
Our client is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN). Our client is interested in nurses who have a high level of commitment, enthusiasm and passion to ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
A successful candidate must be able to live and work in the UK free from sponsorship and must hold a valid MNC nursing Pin.
Benefits & Incentives:
Working for our highly respected client offers excellent and competitive benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, personal insurance and a wide network of local homes to support and stretch those looking to progress.
Free parking is on site of this wonderful new build, and the quality of the home itself is reflected in the care given from all services within the home.
As career and personal development is so great within the company, there will be on-going training and support if required, with career progression within this home.
