Are you ready for a new Challenge??
The Private Patient Suite at the Royal Derby Hospital can provide just that. The unit comprises of an 11 bedded ward, outpatients department and minor procedures room.
The Suite operates 7 days a week and cares for a wide range of surgical and medical patient’s pre and post operatively and undertakes a wide variety of day case procedures. We also run out patient clinics in the Community and will be opening a new daycase Chemotherapy Suite in the Autumn.
The successful applicant will be competent in the care of the postoperative patient or have experience of an acute medical or oncology ward. You will play an integral part in a small, friendly and pro-active team; managing and maintaining a high standard of clinical care and safety throughout the patients stay.
A high degree of flexibility is a key aspect of this post and you will be required to work a combination of day and night shifts. Full time or part time hours will be considered for this position.
You will be supported to develop key skills such as, customer service, venepuncture, cannulation and ECG recording which are all essential skill sets within Derby Private Health.

**This post is annualised hours post- you will receive your full pay guaranteed every month irrelevant of the actual number of hours worked as these will be worked flexibly throughout the year**
