Registered Nurse ( RGN and RMN or RNLD )
Location:  Preston, Lancashire 
Salary: £12.24  - £14 per hour (£23,000 - £33,500 per annum) – negotiable depending on experience excellent benefits 
Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available 
Shifts: Day or Night Shifts available (paid breaks) 
Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located on the outskirts of Preston. The Care Home is a bright and welcoming home that offers specialised residential care, nursing care, nursing dementia care and convalescence. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses. The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose permanent day shifts or permanent night shifts or a mixture of both if you prefer. 

We are offering a £1000 welcome bonus for all new nurses joining the home. 

What you’ll be doing:
•    Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
•    Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
•    Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents 
•    Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
•    Generally promoting our residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
