RMN - Eating Disorder Ward

Service: Female Personality Disorder Ward

Location: Ealing, South-West London

Salary: up to £34,000 per annum plus enhancements for unsocial hours

Hours: Full Time, 38 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Service Description: A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a substantially motivated, experienced and skilled RMN to work for one of the UK's leading providers of mental health and social care pathways, providing high value integrated services to a wide range of individuals. The Hospital aims to offer personalised care to service users with psychological, emotional and addiction problems. The hospital provides an award-winning personality disorder service and an eating disorder service that has achieved the "excellent" accreditation for the Quality Network for Eating Disorders. The Hospital is located close to the centre of Ealing in West London and is just a 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station. Ealing Broadway is served by underground trains on the Central and District lines and by National Rail services on the Great Western Main Line. By car the hospital is close to the A40 Western Avenue.

We are looking for exceptional, enthusiastic and motivated RMN's to join the multi-disciplinary team on the Eating Disorder ward delivering recovery based and outcomes-focussed care to their service users.

Person Specification: Candidates must be RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN. Experience working with PD clients and working in female services is desirable, but not essential. You will work as a member of a full multi-disciplinary team and will possess superb clinical, team and communication skills together with vision and enthusiasm to develop the hospital's services. You will need to have the ability to think on your feet, multitask to a high standard and show exemplary role modelling and leadership skills.
