Job Title - RMN / RNLD Staff Nurse (Secure Unit)

Location - Nailsea, easily accessible from Bristol, Weston super Mare and surrounding areas

Salary - £24,500 - £35,500 per annum

Shifts - part-time or full-time hours available, either days or nights

We are recruiting for a nurse to practice in a private hospital situated just outside of Bristol city centre, belonging to a highly-reputable healthcare company. The home provides specialist nursing care to adults aged 45 years and over. Patients have a primary diagnosis of organic brain disorder, some of whom will also suffer from an enduring mental health condition. Patients may also be detained under the Mental Health Act and live in locked, single sex units.

We are looking for a nurse for this excellent opportunity on either a full-time or part-time basis, up to 48 hours per week. Our client is able to accommodate shifts on solely days or solely nights, depending on your preferences.

Person Specification - you must have some post-qualifying nursing experience, ideally within a similar environment. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential.

Our client is looking for a nurse with a passion for nursing. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and hard-working, who can get on well with others and can work effectively on their own as well as part of a team.
