Registered Nurse (RMN / RGN)

•    Location: Middlesbrough, Cleveland
•    Salary: £12.32 - £16.00 per hour (£27,000 - £35,000 per annum based on 42-hour contract) - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities 
•    Hours: Full Time or Part time 
•    Shifts: Days or Nights 
•    Contract type: Permanent

*Salary Equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6*

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located near Middlesbrough, in Cleveland. The Nursing Home is rated "excellent" by the CQC and provides high quality care for those requiring nursing care and convalescence, as well as palliative care, and care for those with Parkinson's disease and respite. They also offer specialist care to physically disabled people aged over 50, and residential care.

The team are very welcoming and accommodating, so we are especially looking for someone who can get on well with people and who has a caring, kind and positive outlook. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high. We are now offering a £1000 welcome bonus to all new nurses who join this nursing home.

About the role

- Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team

- You will share passion for putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first

- Delivering outstanding customer care for residents and their relatives

- You will manage all aspects of our home, including identifying new business opportunities, effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas

- Creating and developing strong internal and external relationships

- As part of your role, you may occasionally be required to work out of hours of evenings.

Who we're looking for

- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification

- You may have a level one Registered Nurse qualification together with previous experience of seeing organisations through periods of change management

- A strong commercial acumen and strategic mind

- The ability to develop an environment which focuses on continuous improvements

- An effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style.
