Registerd Nurse ( RMN / RGN )

- Location: Midhurst, Sussex

- Salary: Pound Sterling (GBP) £13.26 £24,800 - £33,000 negotiable depending on experience £1000 welcome bonus

- Hours: Full Time/Part time

- Shifts: Days/Nights

- Contract type: Permanent

About the home : We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a beautiful nursing home in Sussex. The team work hard to make every resident feel at home, regardless of the length of their stay. The Home provides Palliative, Parkinson's, residential and respite care. Staff morale at this home is very high with fantastic management and a CQC of 5/5.

What you'll be doing

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

Who we're looking for

- level one Registered Nurse

- Someone who shares our passion and dedication for making every day special for our residents

- The ability to build a warm rapport with residents and their families

- A natural educator with leadership experience.

- A good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independently

Applicants must be RGN or RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.
