Registered Nurse ( RMN or RGN or RNLD )

- Location: Dudley, West Midlands

- Salary: Pound Sterling (GBP) £13.26per hour - £24,800 - £33,000 negotiable depending on experience

- Hours: Full Time & Part time

- Shifts: Days & Nights

- Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a beautiful nursing home in Dudley, West Midlands. The purpose-built Care Home offers an extensive range of high quality care in a homely environment, including nursing, Palliative and Young Physically disabled. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high with fantastic management.

What you'll need

- A demonstrable passion for caring for the elderly and infirm and a flair for helping people maintain their independence and choice in homely surroundings

What you'll be doing

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

Applicants must be RGN or RMN or RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN.
