Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN )

•    Location: Northfleet, Gravesend
•    Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 per annum based on 42-hour contract - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities
•    Hours: Full Time or Part time available 
•    Shifts: Days or Nights available 
•    Contract type: Permanent

*Salary Equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6*

*£1000 Welcome Bonus for all new nurses that join the company*

We are currently looking for someone who will play a key role within this care home as a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for leading your team and the day-to-day care activity in your designated unit or floor within the home, including maintaining accurate records for each of our residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards. You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents, whilst at the same time building excellent personal relationships with both them and their families.

You will need to have:

- You will be a Registered Nurse

- You will be committed to championing independence, choice and dignity in the home

- You'll have dedication and passion for helping make every day special for our residents

- An ability to build warm and trusting relationships with our residents and their families
