Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN )

- Location: Upton, Wirral

- Salary: £12.36 - £14.00 per hour (£23,100 - £35,000 per annum) - negotiable depending on experience £1000 welcome bonus Paid Breaks

- Hours: Full Time or Part time

- Shifts: Days or Nights

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in Upton, Wirral. The Care Home is a bright and welcoming home that offers specialised residential care and Convalescence care. They also offer care those who need palliative care and respite care. The home is in central location and can be easily accessed via public transport. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

What you'll be doing

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
