- Location: Kendal, Cumbria

- Salary: £12.19 - £14.63 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) £22,800 - £34,900 per annum

- Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available

- Shifts: Day Shifts or Night Shifts available

We are looking for a registered nurse to work with in this stunning care home with nursing providing a range of services for adults with physical disabilities. You will be joining a team of experienced, professional, nurses providing the highest standard of care including Epilepsy, head and brain injury, Neuropathic and strokes. Part of your responsibilities will be the daily management of a staff of dedicated care support workers in providing a high standard of nursing care.

My client provides excellent levels of support and training, along with excellent working conditions and rates of pay, as well as staff moral being very high with an outstanding CQC report.

What you'll be doing

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
