Registered Nurse ( RGN or RMN or RNLD )

- Location: Scronkey, Preston

- Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour £26,200 - £37,400 per annum Negotiable depending on salary Paid Breaks

- Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available

- Shifts: Day Shifts or Night Shifts available

- Contract type: Permanent

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurses to work within a brand new refurbished a care home located near Scronkey in Preston. The service will be offering the highest level of care including Dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and Physically disabled. With fantastic support and development being put in place for all new nurses this is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation with a family run feel. The organisation enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

All nurses must be level one registered (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and hold a valid nursing PIN, we are also very keen to speak with Newly qualified nurses as we can offer amazing training and development.

Person Specification

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualized care plans

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

- Demonstrate a passion for caring for the elderly

- A proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team

- A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis

- A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development

- A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times
