Job Description

Registered General / Mental Health Nurse ( RGN / RMN ) 

•    Location: East Cheshire
•    Service: Elderly care Dementia/General Nursing 
•    Salary: £28,000- £35,000 - Based on a 42 hour contract
•    Bonuses: £1000 Welcome Bonus Paid Breaks 
•    Shifts: Day Shifts or night Shifts, full time and part time available 
•    Contract type: Permanent

*Salary is dependent upon experience, capability & qualifications*
*Equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6*

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in East Cheshire. The Care Home offers a range of care including day care, palliative, Parkinson’s and respite. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high. 

Person Specification:
•    Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents 
•    Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance safe
•    Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans 
•    Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
•    To demonstrable passion for caring for the elderly. 
•    A proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team
•    A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis 
•    A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
