Littondale Ward – 32 beds. General Surgery, Urology and Gastroenterology

We can offer:
• Newly Registered Nurses will commence a 6 month Preceptorship Programme with guaranteed pre-planned action learning and a mentor.
• 4 weeks supernumerary and ongoing mentoring
• Bespoke rotational posts to ITU/Emergency Department or Medicine
• Access to Education Centre, Library and Clinical Skills Lab with quality assured Clinical Educators
• Band 6 development posts
• Support and guidance with revalidation
