Job Description

Registered Nurse (RMN) - Rehabilitation Unit - Mental Health Hospital - Horsham, West Sussex - salary up to £31,000 per annum.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Registered Nurse (RMN) who is looking for a new challenging role within a rehabilitation unit. This rehabilitation unit is within a medium-sized Mental Health Hospital in Horsham, West Sussex and is part of growing service who are the largest healthcare provider in Mental Health across the UK.

My client are looking for a a Registered Nurse (RMN) who will relish a challenge, be motivated and an enthusiastic leader. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse who is looking to develop their knowledge and clinical skills within the mental health field.

As a Registered Nurse (RMN) you will be responsible for:

•The development and implementation of appropriate care delivery systems and routines
•Ensuring compliance's are met with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety or subsequent standards as laid out in the Health and Social Care Act (2008) and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission
•Ensuring that service users living in the unit have the opportunity and support to work towards self-determination and independent living, and to gain as much control over their own lives as they are able to.

As a Registered Nurse (RMN) you will have:

•A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
•Extensive mental health experience
•An active NMC PIN
•The legal right to work in the UK
