Community Staff Nurse

Are you enthusiastic and motivated?

Do you want to be part of exciting new developments within District Nursing?

We are looking to recruit registered nurses who wish to join our teams, delivering nursing care to patients within their own homes.

The post holder would be part of a dynamic and progressive community nursing team. You must have a current registration with the NMC and be able to demonstrate a high knowledge of evidence based practice. Knowledge/experience of the community is essential.

You should possess excellent communication skills, be an effective team member and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be expected to participate in working on the weekend and bank holidays. The ability to travel across DerbyCity is essential.

As a clinical employee it will be your responsibility to ensure that your behaviour and values reflect those set out in the DCHS Way.
