An opportunity has arisen for registered nurses to work within the Discharge
Lounge Trustwide. You will be motivated and driven to ensure the discharge
lounge is a success. High standards require to be maintained for our patients
who utilise the discharge lounge to ensure a safe discharge. You will require
excellent communication skills as you will communication to a variety of
internal and external partners.
