Job Description

We are currently looking for registered adult nurses who have an interest in working in renal medicine. Ideally, candidates should have at least six months post qualfication experience in an acute setting although this is not essential.

Creedy ward is a 24 bedded ward providing high quality care, enal replacemet therapies and support for our patients, their relatives and carers.We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated nurses to join our skilled nursing team within our busy department.

To enable a smooth transition into Renal Nursing we offer a four week supernumery period (depending on previous experience) during which you will recieve renal centred education and support allowing you to experience different departments within the renal unit We are looking for nurses with a patient centered approach who can demonstrate exceptional levels of high quality patient care. Candidates should display excellent communication skills and a willing and adaptable nature. If you think that a career in renal nursing is for you then we would love to hear from you.
