This is an excellent opportunity for registered nurses with either experience or interest in ITU, HDU, respiratory, spinal injuries, brain injuries, medical care and similar to develop their career and enhance their skills in a cutting edge neurological unit nursing patients with high level needs - HDU level in many cases.
In this fulfilling role you will be part of an amazing nurse and therapy led multi-disciplinary team delivering specialised 24 hour nursing and therapy services to patients providing a great opportunity to develop clinical and leadership skills.
You will have:
Ability to work in an emotionally challenging environment
Shift patterns are as follows and must be able to be work across the full 7 days of the week (including weekend working). We are unable to accommodate fixed shifts or flexibility on the start and finish times.
Days Earlies: 800am – 200pm (Earlies and Lates must be worked in combination – we are unable to offer just one or the other)
Days Lates: 200pm – 800pm
Long Days: 800am – 800pm (Full time days 39 hpw worked as 3 long days and 1 short)
Night Shifts: 800pm – 0800am (Full time nights 385hpw worked on a 3 /4 night pattern – 3 nights in week 1 and 4 nights in week 2)
