Registered Nurses
Job Description

Registered Nurses - New PallCall Service

Sue Ryder - Wokingham RG41 2RE

Hours: 37.5 per week over 5 shifts including unsocial hours

Our Sue Ryder Specialist Palliative Care Services are based on 3 sites in West Berkshire (Reading, Wokingham and Newbury), but work closely together within a wide and varied multi-professional team. This post is based at the NHS Wokingham Health Hub.

There are opportunities to join our new PallCall service based in Wokingham. Working in a team, you will have experience in palliative care in the community/hospital setting and must be a car driver.

At Sue Ryder not only do we treat more conditions than any other UK charity in our hospices, neurological care centres and out in the community; we also campaign to improve the lives of people living with them. We see the person, not the condition, taking time to understand the small things that help that person live the fullest life they can. Our shops, fundraising and volunteers support us to be there for people at the most difficult time of their lives.

These posts are for candidates with experience in oncology, palliative care and life limiting diseases.

We know that where you work is important to you. Who we employ is important to us, so if you are thinking about a move into palliative care, do come and talk to us.

For more information, please contact Pat Lovelock on 0118 955 0470.
