We are looking for motivated, caring and resilient individuals to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team.
You will need to be able to assist with personal care, physical and emotional rehabilitation programmes, community reintegration programmes and communication programmes to name a few.
This will be hard work but rewarding as people participate in rehabilitation or come to us for respite due to their specialised care needs.
You will need to have excellent timekeeping, good written skills and sharp observational skills.
The rota covers 24 hours, 7 days a week (everyone takes their turn at doing a few nights each month) our shift patterns are 6.45am to 7.15pm and 6.45pm to 7.15 am. You can apply for a contract of up to 40 hours a week but no less than 24 hours per week (as each shift is 12 hours). This will help us with the consistency for this specialist provision.
A uniform polo shirt is also provided. You will not be able to carry or use your mobile phones on duty.
Teas and coffees are available for staff break times
You will be subject to normal background checks, including criminal history application. Applications must include a CV and covering letter to be considered, then an application form will be sent out. We look forward to hearing from you.
