About The Role (Duties):

As Relief Manager you are responsible to create a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice that be conducive to the needs of the residents.

Responsible for the financial health of the homes within the East Midlands. This can range from preparing budgets, forecasts on a periodic basis, monitoring day to day expenditure and ensure budgets are met.

Relief Mangers are expected to keep up to date with legislation and regulations concerning environmental health and liaise with directors accordingly.

As Relief Manager you will also be involved Human Resources functions process, such as operating training, coaching programmes and deal with recruitment need and deployment of staff.

About The Individual:

To be successful as a Relief Manger you must have:

  • Current NMC PIN,
  • Full valid UK driving license
  • Relevant qualifications and experience
