Relief Support Worker - Chasetown

Job Description

Our person centred, professional team in Chasetown, Staffordshire is looking for a responsible and motivated Relief Support Worker to join us in supporting adults with a learning disability. Relief Support Workers work as and when required giving you the flexibility to choose when you work depending on your availability and the hours being offered to you.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals. Some shifts will be in a registered service with individuals who have profound and multiple learning disability. You will also support individuals out in the community who require support with household tasks and social and recreational activities.

Our Support teams provide support with anything from cooking and cleaning, to going to the supermarket or taking part in leisure activities. You will help them to lead the life they choose. Flexibility is important to this role as shifts are a mixture of earlies, lates, short shifts, sleep ins and night shifts.
